Since we couldn’t jet off to Paris for Couture week we can still live vicariously through Jess from start to finish in these pictures — from her prepping for the big event on Jul. 6, to her holding up her invite, posing with Karl, and finally her Chanel dress on the floor at the end of the night, she did an amazing job documenting her experience!

Jessica, whose father is Mexican American, said she had "a hell of a time" at school because she was bullied for being mixed race. "I'd get beaten up and picked on all the time", she said.

In these four lobby cards and trailer, audiences get a sneak peak at co-stars Michelle Rodriguez, Jessica Alba, Steven Seagal, Robert De Niro, and the man himself, Trejo, in what appears to be a down and dirty action throwback to the anything goes spirit of the 1970’s.

Trejo plays the titular character, a former Mexican Federale hired to kill corrupt U.S. senator McLaughlin (De Niro), and then betrayed by his employer Benz (Jeff Fahey). Trejo, Cheech Marin as killer priest good guy Padre, and Fahey, are the only three who reprise their roles from the faux trailer released with Planet Terror and Death Proof in the Grindhouse experiment of 2007.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Alba made the trip to Berlin after spending time in Paris for their fashion week festivities. A staple at the catwalk displays, Jess ended her stay by attending the Valentino Garavani Archives Dinner Party in Versailles on Wednesday night.

Jessica Alba isn’t someone we normally associate with high fashion, but she has been pulling it out of the style-bag for the Paris Haute Couture shows this week. Yesterday Jess wore a white Chanel S/S10 dress with a full skirt and the uber popular Christian Louboutin Bridget heels (already worn by Olivia Palermo, Scarlett Johansson.

Rihanna and SJP). She expertly matched her cherry-red belt to her pout and, of course, the covetable red Louboutin soles. We love the fact that she’s there taking snaps of herself and her buddies on the front row! We would so be doing the same.

Blake Lively, currently filming the new season of Gossip Girl in Paris, was also at the show wearing a Chanel Resort printed dress and Louboutin peep toes. Her GG co star Leighton Meester wore a Chanel Pre-Fall embroidered dress, Chanel necklace and the very same military Louboutins Cheryl Cole recently wore. So who gets your Chanel-seal of approval?

In a video interview with Premiere, Jessica explains that she doesn't think it's "appropriate" for Honor to see her in this role, where she plays a prostitute who is brutally murdered. "It's just not meant for her to see," she says. As to why she picked the role, Jessica sees it as an artistic decision that she hopes her daughter will someday understand:

Jessica then beamed with pride as she watched her only child go it alone. Jessica has been introducing Honor, whose daughter with husband Cash Warren, to the delights of Paris.

The pair flew into the city last week, with the actress attending the star-studded premiere for her film The Killer Inside Me.

Paris really agrees with her! Nothing like a little vacay to brighten up Jessica Alba's day. The actress is overseas promoting The Killer Inside Me, but she's also making time to enjoy the City of Lights. Think she's having a good time there? As Honor would say...
